BEARINGS AND GASKETS
The 915 gearbox was magnificent in it’s day and is still very good for competition use. For the heavily raced car there was a spray bar oiling kit to insure there was proper lubrication of the gears and bearings under heavy stress and g’s in turns. The photo shows the casting of the RSR version which can incorporate an external oil cooler. There is also a street version that stays enclosed. This kit is an exact replica of the no longer available factory kits. The quality is unsurpassed.

ANDIAL has used two different gear oils on the air cooled Porsches; one was a standard Penzoil for the most civilian of drivers. For the performance minded drivers and racers, we have always turned to SWEPCO 201. We have used it for over 20 years and this oil has never failed us (Product comes in 1 gallon containers and can only be shipped ground).

The dual mass flywheel on the 964 and 993 are very heavy which robs throttle response. The lightweight flywheel kit is the solution to this issue. We highly recommend on the street cars that the midweight flywheel be used to keep the car from stalling on deceleration.

The 930 clutch is notorious for failed rubber hub clutch discs, why not lighten the rotating mass (quicker revs) and go back to the conventional spring loaded clutch disc which can handle the rigors of a turbo engine.

LIGHTENED FLYWHEELS FOR THE 911 SERIES CARS
One way to have a more crisp throttle is to lighten the flywheel. We can have a new one lightened or have your good usable flywheel lightened.
QUAIFFE LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIALS
The Quaife Differential powers both drive wheels under nearly all conditions, instead of just one. With an ordinary open differential, a lot of precious power is wasted during wheelspin under acceleration. This happens because the open differential shifts power to the wheel with less grip (along the path of least resistance). The Quaife, however, does just the opposite. It senses which wheel has the better grip, and biases the power to that wheel. It does this smoothly and constantly, and without ever completely removing power from the other wheel. In cornering, while accelerating out of a turn, the Quaife biases power to the outside wheel, reducing inside-wheel spin. This allows the driver to begin accelerating earlier, exiting the corner at a higher speed. The Quaife has been proven in everything from SCCA Rally to Formula 1. It provides autocrossers with such an advantage, it has become "required" equipment for a winning effort.
