MAHLE PISTONS AND CYLINDERS  

Mahle has been a supplier of pistons and cylinders to Porsche for decades.  Numerous engines from 356 to 962 and have won races all over the world from Le Mans to Daytona including many club races in between using Mahle pistons and cylinders.

Andial is the North American distributor for Mahle Sport Piston and Cylinder Sets.





CARRILLO RODS  

Carrillo is one of the most respected connecting rod manufacturers in competitive motor sports. Carrillo rods are constructed from their propriety alloy and forged to their custom specifications. The rods are then fully machined to guarantee the removal of all surface imperfections. After heat treatment, each connecting rod is 100% magnaflux inspected and hardness checked, then machined to final size. Each set is balanced and then shot-peened to achieve the ultimate in strength and fatigue properties. Carrillo maintains their exceptional quality control through their sophisticated methods of certification and inspection.






CAMSHAFTS  

We carry a wide selection of camshaft grinds for the air cooled series 911. We have our new blank billets ground to spec in either a 47mm or 49mm. Ask us about what grind would work with your project or tell us what grind you would like and we will see if it can be done. 






TITANIUM VALVE SPRING RETAINERS  

Retainers are often neglected in an engine rebuild. Make sure they are checked for cracks. If you are racing and want every small advantage these titanium retainers are strong and light. Fit the standard spring or the ANDIAL / Eibach spring. Recommended for racing only.






OIL HOSE REPAIR

We have repaired many hoses in the service department over the years using your hose ends with new German hose and new crimp ferrels. We are going to experiment with the idea of repairing hoses for the public if there is a need for some of these hoses that are no longer available. We can also create custom lengths.  Inquire with needs.






SPORT INTERCOOLERS  

ANDIAL has been supplying Sport Intercoolers for air cooled turbos for over 25 years. Our cores are more efficient than the one that came standard on the car. Don’t be fooled by cheaply made units that don’t seal to the deck lid of the car. Porsche made it seal for a reason; to direct air through the cooler fins not around. Why pay good money for a cooler that works great on the dyno because fans are blowing directly on it when you need it to work in a real world road environment.






SPORT VALVE SPRINGS

ANDIAL & Eibach teamed together to make a valve spring that was a little stiffer than the factory racing valve spring but didn’t create so much nose pressure that when the rocker rides on the cam it would wear into the lobe. Too much pressure just creates friction, drag, wear and heat. Our springs are used in conjunction with the standard seat and retainer configuration for the 911 engine up to and including the 964 series engine.  Price is comparable to standard spring prices.  Can be used with our titanium retainer.






BEARINGS AND GASKET SETS

ANDIAL can supply standard gasket sets or have a custom set made so you don’t have extra gaskets that don’t correspond to your engine due to different injection or exhaust. We can also help figuring out bearings when it comes to oversize and undersize. If it’s still available we will figure out the proper set for you. Of course we can supply standard bearings as well.





MISCELLANEOUS

Does your dealer not understand what you need or doesn’t care?  Broken piston ring, need a fuel filter or perhaps just a gasket? ANDIAL has many parts from injectors to nuts and bolts. If we don’t have it we can possibly get it very quickly. We can also special order it for you or direct you to somebody who may have the part you need. Big or small it doesn’t hurt to contact us and see if that elusive part is in our grasp.
