CARRILLO CONNECTING RODS
Carrillo is one of the most respected connecting rod manufacturers in competitive motor sports. Carrillo rods are constructed from their propriety alloy and forged to their custom specifications. The rods are then fully machined to guarantee the removal of all surface imperfections. After heat treatment, each connecting rod is 100% magnaflux inspected and hardness checked, then machined to final size. Each set is balanced and then shot-peened to achieve the ultimate in strength and fatigue properties.
Carrillo maintains their exceptional quality control through their sophisticated methods of certification and inspection.

rod bolt is 3/8" WMC and is re-usable up to 12 times. |

We recommend upgrading to Carrillo rods when displacement is increased or the engine is used for racing.
